1. How do I install the artwork?

We will pre-install hooks on the back of the artwork and include an installation kit with all the necessary tools. This provides you with the most convenient installation experience. Please handle the artwork gently during installation to prevent any bumps or damage.

 

2. What are the shipping methods and delivery times?

We offer free worldwide shipping. Our standard free shipping method is by sea, which takes approximately 20-35 days. If you need your artwork expedited, you can choose air freight, and you will receive it in about 10 days; however, you will need to cover the difference in shipping costs.

 

3. How long does it take to customize an artwork?

The creation of a purely handmade, custom artwork typically takes 10-20 days, depending on the complexity of the piece. If your order involves a custom design, we will need to communicate with the designer about the details, and the design draft process takes about one week. Each handmade artwork is unique, and the customization time must be assessed based on the specific piece.

 

4. What customization services do you offer?

We offer free customization of the artwork's color and size. Before production begins, we will discuss your custom requirements with you and create a design mock-up. We will only start production after you have confirmed the design. Upon completion, we will take photos of the finished artwork for your review to ensure your satisfaction before we ship it to you. You can contact us at any time if modifications are needed.

 

5. How do I maintain and care for wood carving artworks?

Our wood carving artworks are treated with a special process to make them resistant to high temperatures, moisture, and insects. For daily cleaning, please use a dry dusting method. Place the artwork in a stable environment with an ideal temperature between 15°C and 25°C (59°F to 77°F) and a humidity level between 45% and 55%. Please keep it away from heat or cold sources such as fireplaces and air conditioning vents.
